Last week I contacted several local tile retailers that I found through the Dal-Tile website and was lucky enough to speak to Jason at your company. Right off the bat, I could tell that he was knowledgeable and thorough, and when he told me exactly when he would get back to me with information, he met that timeframe exactly. These days, it often seems like customers have to work harder than the retailers to make purchases — repeatedly calling back to get information, etc. But not with Jason, he always kept me in the loop as to what information he had and what he was waiting on. His customer service, and your low prices, ensured that I would place my order with Granite Outlet. Although my order is probably pretty small by your standards, I know that Jason dedicated a lot of time to it. He dealt with my numerous small order changes and additions without a single word of complaint, even though I know it meant calling back the retailer or wholesaler for different prices. I appreciated working with Jason so much that I felt the need to write you about his performance. And when my next project comes around, I won’t hesitate to contact Granite Outlet (and ask for Jason).

The overall experience was very positive. I was very satisfied that my calls and emails were returned in a timely manner. I worked with a salesperson named Mary that was very kind. I was looking to match an existing piece of granite which is very difficult. They actually had the piece that I was looking for but she could not find it with any of the distributors. She actually found took time to find it under a different name the next day and it was a perfect match. I was so thrilled. I even asked for a last minute change/addition and the people that do the cutting accommodated me. I would definitely recommend this company.

I came back several times and was always met with helpful advice. I shopped around before for the best prices and they were great. I eventually sat down with Mary and gave her the measurements and we looked at the best options. Initially, the piece I wanted wasn’t large enough and another would have been problematic where I needed my counter cut. Mary looked around at different options and the Arctic White that was installed is beautiful for my space and was installed with no problem at all.
Great prices, knowledgeable friendly service from the whole staff and a convenient location with a beautiful showroom. I would recommend them to all of my friends.

We had shopped several places looking for the right granite, and found one that we liked at the Granite Outlet in Timonium. Our sales associate, Mary Faulkner, was very professional and accommodating throughout our process and never pressured..She arranged to have one of their people to come to the house for a final measurement of the counters,and he was on time and very precise on all measurements and even made some minor suggestions on how everything would be cut,,(corners edges etc.). The next day we were e-mailed the drawings from the final measurements. A few days later they called us from the fabrication facility and made arrangements for us to go and looked at the slab. We then made arrangements for installation two days later(very quick). On installation day they were right on time,and had the plumbing lines removed and the old counter top removed very quickly.( there was a separate charge to have the old counters hauled away,and the plumber to re-install all the plumbing the following day). They installed and leveled the new countertops and backsplashes, cleaned and caulked everything and were gone literally in an hour. The job was excellent, and all fit perfectly. The next day the plumber showed up on time and re-installed the plumbing to complete the process.
We can only account for our experience, but we would definitely use this company again.
